CHSH nutritional services are provided by our host hospital, St. Luke East.  Each day you will receive a menu on your breakfast tray.  It will reflect a diet with menu choices ordered by your physician.  Please mark your selections and leave the menu with your caregiver.

Meal trays are generally served from:

Breakfast     7:45 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Lunch          12:00 p.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Dinner          5:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

A Registered Dietician will visit you to provide counseling and information for special diet needs.
