Cardinal Hill Healthcare System offers support groups in three locations.  The support groups in Lexington, KY are offered at Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital.

Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Center/Easter Seals of Louisville holds their support groups at their facility on Bluegrass Parkway. 

The support groups for Northern KY are held at Cardinal Hill Specialty Hospital (LTACH) at St. Luke Hospital East in Ft. Thomas, KY.
