Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital (CHRH) is dedicated exclusively to rehabilitation practices specializing in the treatment of spinal cord injury, brain injury, stroke, pulmonary, multiple sclerosis, joint replacements,amputations, and other disabling conditions for people of all ages.

In addition to inpatient therapy services, CHRH offers a comprehensive pediatric, adult outpatient service, adult day health, home health service, and the Pain Institute. Patients are provided individualized treatments to meet their specific needs by a team of professionals.

The Cardinal Hill Pain Institute opened in October 2009 with Dr. William O. Witt as its Medical Director.  Chronic pain can rob you of your spirit, your relationships and your livelihood.  Dr. Witt and the Cardinal Hill Pain Institute specialize in the non-narcotic treatment of chronic pain in association with the innovative physical rehabilitative services provided by Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital.  Dr. Witt and the Cardinal Hill Pain institute’s goal is to have each patient reach to their goal of a pain free life.

Cardinal Hill’s Spinal Cord Program was established in 1978.  Accredited by CARF*, this program is devoted to treating individuals who have experienced a traumatic or non-traumatic spinal cord injury.

Comprehensive Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programs for people with lung disease. Lung disease is the number three killer in America, responsible for one in seven deaths.

To help care for the growing number of people suffering with chronic lung disorders, Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital has established inpatient and outpatient Pulmonary Rehabilitation.

Accredited by CARF*, this signature program strives to help each patient achieve maximum function.  The amputation of a limb, whether through illness or accident, is an emotionally and physically traumatic experience for the patient and the family.  The team of caring professionals create an atmosphere that support the amputee patient and the family’s recovery and progress.
