Governor Visits Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital

Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital was honored with a special visit from Governor Steve Beshear to celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. He played Wii Golf, cornhole and badminton with the patients and finished out the day reading a book about Martin Luther King to the children in our Creative Beginnings class. Thank you Governor Beshear for volunteering your time and generosity to Cardinal Hill.

Hill on Wheels Finishes in the Top 8 at NWBA Tournament

Hill on Wheels competed in the National Wheelchair Basketball National tournament in Denver Colorado. Ranked 11th going into the tournament, they exceeded expectations and finished 2-2, finishing in the top 8. After a tough loss against a strong San Diego Hammer team, Hill on Wheels played the RIC Hornets from Chicago, and beat them 54-40. After that, Hill on Wheels faced the Seattle Slick team and beat them 56-46. The final game was against the #2 ranked Chicago Fire. They were a formidable opponent, winning 62-39. This was a great trip and Hill on Wheels represented Cardinal Hill in a positive way. Thank you to everyone who made this trip possible!

New Parkinson's Aquatic Exercise Class
