Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital’s Center for Outpatient Services provides a comprehensive rehabilitation program that strives to help each individual patient recover from injury or illness.
Outpatient therapy services are designed for the persons who live at home but require ongoing or periodic therapy.
This program provides adults with contemporary concepts of rehabilitation that emphasize functional restoration for return to daily living, work, sports and leisure activities. Treatment times are flexible and evening hours are available.
The goal of the program is to help each patient regain maximum function as quickly as possible.

The patient’s referring physician receives a copy of the Evaluation and Treatment Plan, and continues to be updated regularly.

During the initial visit, an evaluation is conducted to determine the individual needs of the patient and to design a personalized treatment plan.
The Outpatient team provides a structured and specialized rehabilitation program to treat patients who suffer from conditions, including:
