Outpatient Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy Program
Cardinal Hill Center for Outpatient services offers Outpatient Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy using contemporary concepts of rehabilitation. The Orthopedic and Sports rehabilitation team is dedicated to helping you to return to daily living, work, sports and leisure activities. Our team is experienced in treating orthopedic and sports injuries and is up to date on the latest and most effective rehabilitation strategies and procedures.
Our facility offers a large therapy gym, modern rehabilitation equipment, private evaluation/treatment rooms, and a heated therapeutic pool.
With experience in Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy, our team of caring professionals includes:

The Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy team provides an individualized rehabilitation program to meet our patient’s needs. We are experienced in treating the following conditions.
- Musculoskeletal Injuries
- Neck and Low Back Pain
- Cumulative Trauma
- Pre and Post Surgical Injuries of the Extremities and Spine
- Total Joint Replacements
- Women’s Health issues
- Sports Injuries
In addition to evaluation and functional rehabilitation for our clients, the following services are offered.
Aquatic Therapy – Performed in our heated therapeutic pool
Manual Therapy – Hands on therapy including joint mobilizations and soft tissue mobilization
Ergonomics – Training on equipment and body mechanics for optimal posture and pain control during every day activities
Body Mechanics – Training on the proper techniques and body positions required to perform an activity safely and with the least amount of pain.
Injury Prevention Programs – Education on preventing injury occurrence or reoccurrence
Wellness Programs – Individualized programs that promote exercise as a lifestyle
Return to Sports Training / Sports Specific Training – Facilitation of a return to athletics after injury
Modalities – Equipment used to facilitate therapeutic treatment and pain control
The Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy program is offered through the Cardinal Hill Center for Outpatient Services located on the ground floor.
To be eligible to receive treatment, a physician’s referral is required.
