Camp Cardinal Hill started in 1997 with the opening of the Lyman V. Ginger Pediatric Center.  Our caring professionals realized that many of our patients could benefit from a day camp that would take into consideration their special needs.  Our day camp lasts three consecutive days during the summer, running half a day each day.

Each year Cardinal Hill’s Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech - Language Pathologists and other staff members plan and run the camp.  The children have so much fun that they don’t even realize they are participating in therapy related activities!  Volunteers are also utilized to assist campers and help run some of the activities.
